MILL VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

This project consisted of construction of a pair of adjacent homes designed by architecture firm Turnbull Griffin Haesloop with interconnecting landscape designed by SWA Group landscape architects.  The first demolished an existing home down to studs, modified the floor plan, and added on to complete a 6,700 square foot home.  The adjacent home was built after demolishing an existing home to make room for a new 4,600 square foot home.  Both homes were completed in 2017.  Photography:  © SWA Group - David Lloyd
